Order Process
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
I live in Leipzig, can I also pick up my order at your studio?
Yes, you're welcome to visit us and pick up your order! There's a shipping option called "Local pickup" you can choose during pickup. We will get in touch and suggest a time for you to come by.
I have placed my order. How long does it take for it to arrive?
All products are embroidered after you placed the order. Then we ship it, but only once a week. So there’s no same day dispatch and we thank you for your patience. Shipping is done via DHL, delivery times within Germany are 2 days, up to 7 days for EU/Europe delivery and up to 14 days for worldwide.
I need to make a return. How does that work?
You can find the long info in our Cancellation Policy page. Here’s the process in simpler words:
Write us an email to order@cant-deci.de. This email needs to be sent no later than 14 days after you received your order. Please add the following information: your name, order number and which products exactly you’d like to send back. Please also let us know if you’d like to return a product and get a refund or if we need to exchange it for a different size.
Please also add that information on a small note inside the returned package.
You need to pay for shipping the product(s) back to us, we cover shipping for an exchanged product we send to you.
